Small group
Fixed add-on per additional participant (725–995 € depending on training) — transparent and predictable; you only pay for people who attend.
Whole team
Capped team flat rate from group size (9,395–9,875 €) — additional participants cost no more. Deliberately below typical on-site seminar prices (2,500–4,000 €).

How does training pricing work?
Each training has a base price for the first person and a fixed add-on per additional participant. From a defined group size a capped team flat rate applies — additional participants then cost no more. All prices excl. VAT.
Can I book training for a single employee?
Yes. Every training can be booked for individual employees (base price), small groups or the whole team — content is tailored to group size.
Does training take place on our premises?
Yes, either on-site at your premises or online. For team bookings we recommend on-site — practical parts work directly on your real processes and cases.
How do prices compare in the market?
Team trainings (SCH-04–06): from 2,875 €, team flat rates 9,395–9,875 € — below typical on-site prices (2,500–4,000 €). Intensive format (SCH-01–03): 3,475–4,975 € for 1:1/small group — more than open seminars (250–500 €/day) because coaching depth and transfer are included.
